Steve Herlihy, Broker Associate, JD

As a former civil litigator here in Colorado with extensive experience in construction defect and real estate matters, Steve brings the experience and skills necessary to help his clients achieve their real estate goals.  He is passionate about being a real estate agent with the purpose of helping people live their dreams through outstanding attention to detail, communication, and customer service. 

In 2001, he graduated from St. Lawrence University with a degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Philosophy.  Steve attended law school at the University of Wyoming, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2009.  Prior to attending law school, he worked as a field instructor and administrator for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), leading month-long expeditions with a focus on rock climbing, whitewater boating, leadership and environmental stewardship.  Steve has been a resident of Colorado for the past 15-years, and currently lives in Golden with his wife and daughter, and is grateful every day to call this area home.
